Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Tyoke and their immediate families are not eligible.

Promotion period

Entries are accepted on tyoke.com from October 12, 2026 until the day before Tyoke's opening week begins. Prizes are redeemable only during opening week in 2027. The exact dates will be posted on this page and sent to everyone with a claimed code before opening.

How it works

1. Turn the capsule machine on tyoke.com. A prize is drawn at random by our server; every capsule has an equal chance of each prize.
2. Enter your email and mobile number to claim the prize shown. You will see a prize code on screen.
3. Show the code at the Tyoke store during opening week to redeem it.

Prizes and odds

• $10 off a single purchase at the Tyoke store. Code TYOKE10.
• Free boba: one drink of your choice from the boba bar. Code TYOKEBOBA.
• Free merch item: one Tyoke merchandise item chosen by Tyoke at redemption. Code TYOKEMERCH.

Each turn has a one in three chance of each prize. The approximate retail value of each prize is $10 or less. Everyone who claims receives a prize.

Limits

• One prize per person and per mobile number for the whole promotion. A second claim with the same number returns the original prize.
• Codes are redeemable in person only, once, during opening week. They have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or combined with other offers, and are not replaced if lost.
• Tyoke may ask to see the code on your phone and may verify the mobile number used to claim it.

Other terms

Tyoke may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Entries made by script, bot or any means other than the site are void. Tyoke may disqualify anyone who tampers with the promotion. Tyoke may suspend or end the promotion if it cannot run as planned, with notice on this page. By entering you agree to these rules and to Tyoke's terms and privacy policy. Any taxes on prizes are the winner's responsibility. The promotion is governed by Oklahoma law.
