Privacy policy
What we collect
- Prize claims. Your mobile number and email (both required), the prize and code you pulled, the time of the claim, and technical details of the request (a hashed IP address and browser type) that we use to spot abuse.
- Email list signups. Your email, and your mobile number if you choose to add it.
- Site analytics. We use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and sends Meta information about your visit (pages viewed, a claim or signup event, and standard device data) so we can measure and improve our ads. See Meta's privacy policy for how Meta uses that data. You can limit this in your browser or through your Facebook ad settings.
- Browser storage. The capsule machine remembers your draw and claim in your own browser's local storage so you see the same result when you come back. Nothing in that storage is sent to us.
How we use it
- To hold your prize code and honor it at the register during opening week.
- To text and email you about opening day, drops, restocks and offers from Tyoke. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To prevent repeat claims and abuse of the promotion.
- To measure our advertising.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the site and send messages: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Meta (advertising measurement), and the texting and email platforms we send through. They process data only to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Texting
When you give us your mobile number on a form that says so, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational texts from Tyoke at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or contact us any other reasonable way and we will remove you within 10 business days. Reply HELP for help. Your choices
- Opt out of texts: reply STOP.
- Opt out of emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Access, correct or delete your information: contact us (below) and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention and security
Prize claims are kept until the promotion closes and prizes have been redeemed, then deleted or anonymized. List signups are kept until you unsubscribe. Data is stored in the United States behind access controls; only the site's own server functions can read the database.
Children
The site and the promotion are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
